Snow Pallets:

Precipitation of white, opaque particles of ice. The particles are round or sometimes conical, their diameters range from approximately 2 to 5 mm (0.08 to 0.2 inch), they are brittle and easily crushed, and they do bounce and may break upon contact with hard ground.
